We like to make life easier for our clients; so with this in mind we decided that all the emails, faxes and calls which normally go into one project, make life really complicated. Emails get lost, calls get forgotten and files don’t get updated properly.

Our clients have access to an online live workflow system, where they can see each project or issue. If they need to double check a document after they have already left work and not taken their laptop – no problem, they can just log onto our dedicated website, and after a few clicks they can see the latest documents being worked on, and leave messages for the team.

A project room is created for each issue, and all the files and artwork related to that issue are all kept in that project room; our clients don’t waste their time searching their desktops, memory sticks, or endless folders for files, because they know everything is in one place at all times.
